These terms cover your purchase and use of DB Studio Pro, provided by Open Sky Solutions LLC. By buying or using it you agree to them.

License

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the software on the Macs you use, for one user per license. Team licenses cover the number of seats purchased. You may not resell, share your key, or reverse engineer the license check.

Plans

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled and give access to all updates while active. A lifetime license lets you use every version released during the update period included with it, and the versions you already have continue to work indefinitely.

Your data

The software connects to databases you choose. You are responsible for your databases, credentials, backups and the changes you run. Use database accounts with only the permissions you need.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data.
