Privacy policy

Last updated October 2026. Open Sky Solutions LLC.

This covers this website and the purchase of DB Studio Pro. The app itself has no analytics or telemetry and talks only to the databases and servers you configure.

What we collect

• Purchase details: your name, email, plan and payment status. Card details go directly to Square and never reach our servers.
• Messages you send us through forms or email, and your email if you join the mailing list.
• Basic technical logs (IP address, pages requested) kept briefly for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To deliver your license, provide support, process refunds, prevent fraud and, if you opted in, send release news. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the store: Square (payments), our email delivery provider, and our hosting provider. They may use the data only to provide their service.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and unsubscribe from email at any time, by writing to [email protected]. Some purchase records must be kept for tax and accounting.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in to your account and one to remember your light or dark theme. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
